Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of direct Airbnb or STR property management VA experience
- Strong written English at C1 level or higher
- Able to make routine decisions independently without manager approval
- Reliable internet of 50 Mbps or more a computer and a quiet workspace
- Available long term for 12 months or more

Day to day
- Respond to guest messages quickly and professionally within the required response time
- Coordinate cleaners and maintenance vendors each day through WhatsApp and keep operations moving smoothly
- Handle operational changes such as early check-ins late check-outs extensions same-day bookings and guest issues
- Monitor smart locks and cameras troubleshoot problems and flag rule violations while following SOPs carefully
Hiring process
- First line of application must contain only FRONTLINE
- Answer the numbered questions using the same numbers
- Write the exact guest-facing response to the provided guest message
- Confirm availability for either morning or evening shift 6 days/week
- Confirm openness to a two-week paid trial
- Include a 60–90 second voice note about a difficult after-hours STR issue
